Whether it’s international campaigns, groundbreaking projects, or creative concepts, my motivation has always been to combine professionalism, enthusiasm, and a clear goal – to create unique experiences.

A highlight in my career was my role as a specialist in a new business area for the city of Chur* (a city in southeastern Switzerland), where I led my own animation team. This achievement was featured in a book with a five-page entry. Since August 2023, I’ve been on Fuerteventura, where I passionately inspire people to move and embrace life.

Be in motion!

Movement is for me a form of expression and self-development. As an adult sports leader (ESA) and group fitness instructor for cardio, functional training, Zumba, and Dancess in styles like Jazz, Show, Amazon, and MTV, I have been teaching this mindset for over 10 years.

My extensive experience led to the creation of my own group fitness programs and a specialization in theme-specific sports events. Today, I also guide many individuals as a fitness, mental, and lifestyle coach, helping them discover their best version.
